8 Ways Children can Safely Gently Detox from Vaccinations


Some children and babies have bad reactions to vaccinations, some even die from vaccinations. There are cases that a vaccination becomes mandatory, or a parent chooses to give a child a vaccination and the child has a bad reaction. If a child is either required to get a vaccination, or a parent regrets giving a vaccination, there are certain ways to gently detox the body from the dangerous heavy metals and toxins in the vaccinations. Below I have listed 8 things to incorporate for detoxification for children, not all is recommended for small babies. It is best to talk to a holistic doctor before attempting to detox a small child or baby, occasionally there are minor side-effects to the detox.


1) Silica

Silica is used for heavy metal detoxification and naturally occurs in a variety of foods and plants such as: Rye, Barley, Oats, Wheat, Nuts, Horsetail Herb, and Alfalfa Sprouts. When attempting to detox of metals include eating plenty of age-appropriate silica-rich foods.

The "Natural News" website states that “Aluminum is passed out through the urine when one supplements silica. It seems there’s little danger of taking too much, as long as adequate water is consumed and vitamin B1 and potassium levels are maintained.”


2) Garlic

Through scientific study, garlic has been proven to treat heavy-metal poisoning and other conditions. The "Organic Lifestyle Magazine" suggests for a person to consume three cloves of garlic a day to help remove toxins from the body.


3) Detoxification Bath & Cilantro

A detoxification bath is one of the most effective ways to detox the body and is effective even for young children. "Living Traditionally" suggests a detoxification bath using both Zendocrine and Epsom Salt. Zendocrine is an essential oil mixture from "Doterra" made up of tangerine, rosemary, geranium, juniper berry, and cilantro. If using Essential oils with small children first test with a small amount to make sure there is no reaction to the Essential Oil before trying a bigger amount. Some children have sensitivities to the high concentration of pure Essential Oils.

In addition to that: rosemary, juniper berry, and cilantro are good choices for detoxification.  According to "Natural Society," cilantro is a "very gentle detoxification tool" and is even effective for removing heavy-metals from the brain. For 2-3 weeks, add a teaspoon of cilantro to your food, smoothie, or just eat it. You can also substitute with 6-7 drops of Cilantro Essential Oil by adding it to your bath.  Tangerine and geranium are also natural purifiers.


4) Probiotics

Probiotics help to place good bacteria back where needed to keep the body in proper function when the body has been thrown off by toxins. There are children pro-biotic formulas available for young children, alternatively there are probiotic-rich foods.

Some good probiotic foods include: Kefir, Organic Greek Yogurt, Sauerkraut, Kombucha, and Fermented Vegetables.


5) Vitamin C

Vitamin C also helps boost the immune system, chewable Vitamin C tablets, or plenty of oranges, are good options for small children.


6) Omega 3 Oils

Omega 3 Oils are good for cell-repair and of course keeping your brain healthy. This is because of their high fat content--- similar to the fats that are naturally part of cell and brain-systems. One of the best sources of Omega 3 oils for detoxification is "Cod Liver Oil." One teaspoon per day should be enough, or the use of a supplement.  Alternatively Flax Seeds can be grinded up and included in food.  My youngest nephew loves peanut-butter, Jelly, and Flax-Seed sandwiches--- a good source of Omega-Fatty Acids.


7) Chlorella

Chlorella is one of the best detoxifying substances available. According to Dr. Mercola, “Chlorella is uniquely designed to not bind to the minerals your body naturally needs to function optimally. It does not bind to beneficial minerals like calcium, magnesium, or zinc. It’s almost as if chlorella knows which metals belong in your body and which chemicals need to be removed. Supplementing with chlorella is like unleashing a tiny army inside your body to fight the battle of removing toxins from your tissues and ushering them back outside your body where they belong.”
You can add a powered form of Chlorella to a smoothie, or take it in supplement form.


8) Drink Plenty of Water

Make sure in addition to this, to drink plenty of water.
