What are ORAC Units?

The ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) unit... or “ORAC score” is a method of measuring the in vitro antioxidant capacity of different foods and supplements. More than two decades in the making, it was originally developed by scientists working at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and USDA... many scientists theorize that foods higher on the ORAC scale may be more effective at neutralizing free radicals. Although unproven, according to the free-radical theory of aging, this may slow the oxidative processes and free radical damage that can contribute to age-related degeneration and disease. Financial Wellness

It is important to maintain wellness all around: Mind, Body and Soul, but another factor to wellness is your Financial health which affects all three of the others.  If you are constantly stressing about money it obviously puts a toll on your mind and physical health.  If you, however, are organized with your money and living within your means then you are able to take care of your family without giving up every hour of your day to the office.  With right finances you will even have excess money to donate to charities, your congregation, struggling loved ones, and fund mission trips.
In the next edit of this document I will be typing out a Game Plan that has worked great for myself.
