Egg Collagen (Good for Vegetarians)

Collagen is one of the best proteins for skin and bone-health which comes from a variety of animals and animal-products.  Our bodies naturally produce Collagen, but the amount it produces decreases as we age--- part of the reason we look so aged as we grow older.  Guess what vegetarians, eggs are an excellent source of Collagen!  Just make sure that the eggs are high-quality organic and not the low-quality eggs that come from the majority of big commercial brands.  I myself buy the Simple Truth brand eggs from Kroger, or buy eggs from a trusted local farm when those are available.

It is recommended by many doctors to add additional Collagen to your diet because various things cause Collagen to decrease in your body such as: sun-exposure, sugar, and alcohol--- just to name a few.  You can obtain Egg-Collagen in your body by directly eating eggs, but since cooking them reduces the amount of Collagen in them, the best way to obtain a really good amount of Collagen is through supplements.

Egg Collagen assists your body with your:
Skin, including wrinkle reductions
Connective Tissue and Joints, decreasing pain, stiffness or other issues
Digestive Process

There are various types of Collagen that have a variety of benefits for different things in your body.  Eggs contain types 1, 3, 4, and 10 of Collagen.  These types together assist the body with bone-health, blood vessels, skin health, nerve functions, bone/cartilage formation, and much more.
